This Loyalty Program is run by Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd and is open to all persons resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Col'Cacchio pizzeria restaurants.
These rules may be amended by notification at any time and will be interpreted by Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd only.
Participation by all customers constitutes acceptance of these rules.
Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any given time.
To register, customers must log onto the Col’Cacchio pizzeria mobisite: m.colcacchio.co.za with a smartphone device and enter their details in the specified fields under the Loyalty Program section.
There is a minimum spend of R220.00 per bill in order for a new coupon to be issued. The coupon points and rewards are only valid for the holder of the coupon.
In order to redeem rewards in-store, customers will need to show the unique coupon code displayed on their phone to their waitron. Only once the waitron has seen and confirmed the unique code on the system will the relevant points or discount be granted to the customer.
Coupons are not transferrable and may not be deferred, exchanged or changed for cash or any other item. Should the purchase amount be less than the coupon amount, the balance may not be redeemed in cash or credit.
Coupons may be redeemed at any Col’Cacchio pizzeria restaurant in Nicolway Bryanston within opening store hours only. Standard hours are from 11.30am – 11pm however these may vary per restaurant.
The Loyalty Program and coupons and offers run in isolation to other in-store promotions and discounts can therefore not be claimed along with these other in-restaurant promotions.
The Loyalty Program and relevant points, coupons and offers are exclusive to Col’Cacchio pizzeria restaurants only.
Customers agree to hold harmless and indemnify Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees), advertising and promotion agencies and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Loyalty Program.
While we strive to display reliable and accurate information, certain errors and inaccuracies may occur within the site materials. Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any such incomplete content, nor are we responsible for any damage that the website or mobisite may cause due to occurrences such as misstatements, omissions or viruses, amongst others. Similarly, we are not responsible for the content of or damages that may be caused by any sites that Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd website and mobisite may link to.
Any customer who acts or behaves in a manner, which in Col’Cacchio Holdings’ (Pty) Ltd determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unjust or unfair to other members or Col’Cacchio pizzeria patrons or is inconsistent with the fair running of the Loyalty Program (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the promotion, hacking, cheating, deception, exploiting an unintentional loophole or defect in the design or operation of the promotion or any other unfair playing practices or tactics such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any members or Col’Cacchio and/or any of its employees, agents, contractors or representatives) may be suspended and/or disqualified from participating in the Loyalty Program at Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd sole discretion.
Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend Loyalty Program offers in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the program is not capable of being conducted as specified in these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal course of the Loyalty Program.
